First Baptist Oviedo Sports Outreach Ministry exists to communicate the message of Jesus through the platform of sports. We believe that sports is the language of our culture, so we desire to communicate Jesus by speaking our culture's language. Currently we provide opportunities for all ages including UPWARD soccer, basketball, cheerleading, adult basketball, aerobics, 5k runs, and more. 

WHAT'S HAPPENING...

Sports Outreach - Best Game in Town!

Although many of the Sports Outreach leagues are geared toward Pre-k through Grade 5 or adults, there is at least something for all ages. We have had 5k participants as old as 88 so far, so whether you are age 4 or age 88 and counting, there is something for you to participate in here at Sports Outreach. Check out the adult opportunities on our Men's Softball, Men's Basketball, or Aerobics webpages. Or if you are in middle school, look for a sport camp in the summer. Pre-K through Grade 5 can find information about Upward Flag Football, Upward Basketball, Upward Cheerleading or Upward Soccer. Then there's the Greater Oviedo 5K which has been an annual event on Memorial Day weekend since 2003, and all ages are able to participate whether competing for a trophy or just proud to finish walking! Come out and bring your friends or make new friends by joining in on the activities.
