Helping Hands Ministry
The Helping Hands Ministry at FBC Oviedo is involved with helping those in need at the church. Whether it is helping with household projects for our seniors, helping single moms with moves, helping some of our sick with keeping up their property, or being ready to help the community and beyond after a storm; the Helping Hands ministry gives an outlet for Men to get involved and show others that they care. THE PARKING MINISTRY
How does this ministry help our church?
The Ministry in Motion team fills an important role in the Sunday morning worship experience. For many first-time guests, our team members are their first contact with a representative of our church. Making our guests feel special is a high priority. For our regular attenders, helping people travel the distance from the parking areas to their destination is a privilege. Other duties include helping direct traffic at key intersections to allow pedestrians, carts and cars to maneuver around the campus safely and efficiently.
What are the requirements to serve in the Parking Ministry?
If you are at least 16 years of age and have a heart to serve on a faithful basis, we invite you to join this team. Team members serve on a six week rotation basis. If you would be interested in joining this ministry team, please contact us.
