I have been encouraged, challenged and "charged" through the Women's Ministry at First Baptist Oveido. The variety of topics and speakers gives me the opportunity to examine my life and take hold of some truths that have helped in my pursuit of a vibrant life in Christ! I am grateful for a ministry that truly seeks to honor the Lord and meets the needs of women. -Yvette Finlay

I've enjoyed an all-women's Small Group Bible studies over the years here. The women's rallies truly show the heart of the women at First Baptist Oviedo. The rallies are a wonderful gathering of fellowship for all the women. It is such a joy to see us all sharing the Lord together - women in their teens to their 80s. We have a common desire to see the world through the eyes of Jesus. God never promised to remove us from our struggles. He does promise to change the way we look at them. This is the ongoing thing that comes from each rally. -Jill Ankerson

First Baptist Oviedo is a large church, but because of the Women's Bible Studies, I have been able to connect to my church family. I have discovered dear friends and mentors. With their support, encouragement and challenges, my relationship with God has become stronger and more intimate. God has truly used these to bless me beyond measure. -Jessica Allen
