Small Groups are the heart of First Baptist Oviedo.  In these groups, adults study the Bible, build relationships with God and each other, find creative and meaningful ways to serve God. 

Our Small Groups provide a place where adults can engage in meaningful, practical Bible study.  They are a place to grow as a believer or to seek more information about what it means to be a believer.  This is where we are equipped to be better spouses, parents, employees, bosses and friends according to God’s standards.

Our classes are designed to draw everyone into a closer relationship with God. We desire for them to provide a place where adults can encourage each other in the challenges of life as well as rejoice with each other in good times.  It is in the Small Groups that interpersonal relationships best develop as well.

Our Small Groups are designed to match the life situation (age, sex, marital status, number/age of children at home, etc.) of the class members, so that those in similar circumstances can best grow together.
