How can we prove creation vs. evolution? Did Jesus really rise from the dead, and does it really matter? What separates Christianity from all other religions? These are just a few of the questions, we'll tackle in this series! With so many religions in the world, can someone truly say that there is one true religion? Does absolute truth exist or is everything relative?
Yes, absolute truth exists. To say that there are no absolute truths is (in fact) an absolute statement. While our perception might be subjective, truth is objective, existing beyond one person's life or train of thought. This makes sense in that the world existed before we came into it, as well as the world exists without our presence, so truth can not merely be explained by personal experience. For example, while one person might not have physically been to China, it would be foolish to argue that China does not exist.
In this lesson, Chad breaks down major components of different religions, and he explains why Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, which separates Christianity from the rest of the world.
