11/2 - Jon Kragel
Almost all historians agree that Jesus existed as a person. The evidence is too overwhelming to state that He simply didn't exist. Where people disagree, however, is in the role Jesus played in history. Was Jesus actually God? Did He ever say that He was God? How can one prove that Jesus was God? Is Jesus being divine even important? Check the audio by clicking the arrow above, or feel free to click the links below for detailed answers to these tough questions.
Week 2 - Prove_Bible (download)
11/9 - Chad Moore
What is the Bible? Was the Bible inspired by God, or simply written by men about God? Does the Bible have mistakes? Why is the inerrancy of the Bible important? How can we trust what we have today to be the Bible that was originally written two thousand years ago? Listen to this powerful message as Chad discusses these questions and more!
Week 3 - Prove_Creation (download)
11/16 - Jon Kragel
These two videos demonstrate two very important truths... First, as a whole, most people don't think about the most important truths in life (from the interviews). Second, the Flash 3 Productions video demonstrates that design points to a designer, which can be recognized from something as simple as building blocks.
The question is not if you believe, but what you believe... Where did this world come from? Can you actually prove creation? Listen as Jon offers four ways to defend the view creation for explanation the origin of the world.
Week 4 - Prove_Resurrection (download)
11/30 - JON KRAGEL
1 Corinthians 15:14 states, "And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith..." Thankfully, Scripture does not stop there, as verse 20 notes, "But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead." In this lesson, Jon demonstrates five irrefuteable facts regarding the resurrection of Jesus Christ, as well as why the resurrection is important to Christianity today.
Week 5 - Prove_Christianity (download)
12/7 - JON KRAGEL
With so many religions in the world, can someone truly say that there is one true religion? Does absolute truth exist or is everything relative?
Yes, absolute truth exists. To say that there are no absolute truths is (in fact) an absolute statement. While our perception might be subjective, truth is objective, existing beyond one person's life or train of thought. This makes sense in that the world existed before we came into it, as well as the world exists without our presence, so truth can not merely be explained by personal experience. For example, while one person might not have physically been to China, it would be foolish to argue that China does not exist.
In this lesson, Jon breaks down major components of different religions, and he explains why Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, which separates Christianity from the rest of the world.
